We’re not talking about senseless binge drinking (one-hour free flow until you speak Swahili), or the cheapest deals ever (your kopitiam). Drinks will be served based around traditional aperitifs and fortified wines, have a pre-dinner drink to open up your palate just before dinner, and Aperitivo gives you a chance to socialise, relax and nibble as dinner time approaches.
