Solisca Tequila has just launched in Singapore. Translating to “water that flows from the sun,” the name perfectly encapsulates the brand’s philosophy: a commitment to additive-free purity and vibrant, expressive flavour. Crafted from 100% Blue Weber Agave, Solisca sources its piñas from both the highlands and lowlands of Jalisco. This strategic choice imbues the final product with a complex, well-rounded character. The piñas are gently roasted in traditional ovens to caramelise their natural sugars to unlock deep flavours. Then it’s double-distilled and aged.

While their Blanco offers a crisp, citrus-forward, and beautifully clean expression, the actual conversation starter is the Reposado Cristalino. This is where tradition meets innovation: a spirit aged in American oak barrels for the depth of a Reposado, then masterfully filtered through activated carbon to achieve the silky, crystal-clear appearance of a Blanco.

LEVEL33 15TH ANNIVERSARY HAMPER

Mystique Gin, a premium London Dry Gin expertly distilled in the United Kingdom, has officially debuted in Singapore. MAKER’S MARK CELLAR AGED BOURBON 2025 RELEASE

The Maker’s Mark Cellar Aged 2025 expression is a profound testament to the power of patience, challenging the conventional limits of long-aged bourbon. This limited annual release is the most mature whisky ever blended by the distillery; its exceptional character is forged in the unique Limestone Cellar at Star Hill Farm (a crucial step in slowing the wood-sugar extraction, allowing oxidation to develop a deep richness).
