What good is this ice drop for, you ask? Global Brand Ambassador, Max Warner gives you 4 solutions:

Velvet Old Fashioned
50ml Chivas 18
10ml Pedro Ximenez Sherry
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Garnish orange zest
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir and pour over the Ice Drop.
The Pedro Ximenez sherry works to enhance the dried fruit and chocolate notes in the whisky

Midnight Dram
50ml Chivas 18
5ml sugar syrup 1:1 (sugar, water)
3 dashes chocolate bitters
Pour all ingredients into a mixing glass, stir and pour over the Ice Drop.
Chocolate bitters work in harmony with the dark chocolate flavour components in the whisky

50ml Chivas 18
20ml soda water
Garnish with a metal stirrer and a lemon twist
Pour whisky into glass, add Ice Drop and pour soda.
The effervescence of the soda water helps to release the complex, multilayered flavours of the whisky

Place Ice Drop in rocks glass and gently pour whisky over the drop into the glass,
cooling the liquid as it falls.
