Great British Spirits [Booth 10L3-05]

Burlington Drinks is a UK producer of both value and premium brands. The range of spirits includes vodka, whisky, gin, rum, tequila, herbal Liqueur and more. They will be exhibiting flagship brands like Firean Whisky, a lightly peated Whisky; Half Crown Gin, a traditional London Dry Gin; and Red Griffin Vodka (above), a smooth grain vodka filtered through English oak charcoal. Join them at their stand for a Half Crown Gin and Tonic.

Cyprus Surprises [Booth 10J3-08]

2017 was a good year for Saber Elyzia, one of the most acclaimed liqueurs in Romania, as the brand was honored with several awards and distinctions in its category.

Specifically, Saber Elyzia Apricot, Blueberry and Blackcurrant were honored each with a Silver award in 2017 International Wine and Spirit Competition (IWSC) in the UK. Saber Elyzia Cherry won a gold award along with Saber Elyzia Apricot, which won a silver one at the CWSA 2017 awards in China.

Also, Saber Elyzia Apricot and Blueberry received two recommendations from the Ultimate Beverage Challenge 2017 in USA.

It’s a lot of #wins.

Fine Finnish [Booth 10B2-10]

Hartwall Original Long Drink is a refreshing mix of Finnish premium gin and grapefruit soda. The Original taste has charmed since the 1952 Helsinki Olympics. The Original Long Drink was the world’s first gin cocktail in a can. Today Original Long Drink (above) is the most sold alcoholic beverage in Finland. Many also call it “the national drink of Finland”. We’re gonna call it “the most convenient way to get a cocktail at ProWine”.

Mexican Moves [Booth 10D2-01]

Padre Azul’s famous and award-winning tequilas are 100 percent made from blue agave (but of course) and produced in Amatitán, Jalisco,Mexico.

Blanco is bottled straight after distillation, while Reposado and Anejo are matured in oak barrels. The wooden flavours give this premium tequila a particular complexity that unfolds on the palate. Check out their booth for some Mexican magic.

Welsh Wonder [Booth 10L3-08]

We’re looking out for this: The Madeira finish is the original Penderyn ‘house style’ whisky, aged in ex-bourbon barrels and finished in ex-Madeira wine casks to bring out its full gold character. Bottled at 46% abv. (Register for the Masterclass by their Global Brand Ambassador here).

Nose: A classic freshness with aromas of cream toffee, rich fruit and raisins.

Palate: Crisp and finely rounded, with the sweetness to balance an appetising dryness.

Finish: Notes of tropical fruit, raisins and vanilla persist.

In collaboration with the Association of Bartenders and Sommeliers Singapore (ABSS), the 30th National Cocktail Competition will see the creation of some of the most innovative, inspiring, and delicious cocktails by more than 40 bartenders from all over Singapore’s exciting restaurant, bar, and hotel scene. Be entertained by participants shaking it up in a variety of categories including Classic Cocktail and Flairing throughout the 4-day competition.
